The easiest and quickest way to order products from our online store is to register yourself with the www.paapero.fi online store. By registering, you will be added to the loyalty customer register and become a Paapero Club member. Information about the Paapero Club benefits can be found from the menu at the bottom of the page by clicking on Paapero Club.
You can register as a customer when making an order. You only have to give your details once, and then you can track your order in the online store.
You do not have to register to order products from the Paapero online store.
The personal details you provide will be processed in accordance with the Personal Data Act and never given to a third party.
Use the shopping basket for purchasing and ordering products.
You can pick the products you want and put them in the basket. You can also remove products from the basket or change quantities. Please read the instructions for using the shopping basket and accept the delivery terms.
When ordering using the shopping basket, the postage and packing costs of XXX € will automatically be added to your order.
The online store assists and guides you in making your order. Once your order has been completed successfully, a confirmation will be shown on the screen that displays e.g. your order and reference number and product information. You can also print the confirmation.
You will receive the final confirmation by email, once the order is being processed. The order confirmation also acts as your invoice, so it is important you provide us with an email address you use.
If, for some reason you do not receive the confirmation within 24 hours, please contact us.
You can also make orders via email. When ordering in this way, please inform what product(s) you are ordering, quantities, sizes and your contact details.
However, using the shopping basket service is the easiest and quickest way of ordering.
The prices for the products are shown with the product description. Prices are inclusive of VAT (24%). The VAT is itemised in the basket and the order confirmation.
You can pay for the products using online banking or credit cards. Payment is done using the Checkout service.
A 14-day exchange and return policy as intended by the Consumer Protection Act is applied to all products ordered. Any products you return must be unused, unwashed and in original packaging.
Return should be done using the return policy at the post office. The post office will charge us for postage costs.

Please let us know before you return any products. Also remember to send a copy of the invoice (receipt) that came with the package.
We will reimburse you after approximately five days from our receipt of the return package, or we will send you new products by mail.
Please note that potage costs are not refundable. We also do not collect any packages sent by collect on delivery.
If the package has become damaged in transport, please inspect the contents when collecting, while the sales representative is present, and report the damage immediately at the collection place. After this, please contact us to agree sending of replacement products or reimbursement.
If the product was damaged during delivery, incorrect or deficient, the customer is entitled to demand reimbursement. We reserve the right to slight alterations in product details and shades that may appear due to the publication.
If the product has become damaged when used, the right to complain depends on the quality of the product in relation to its purchase price. The product is inspected and assessed when it is received by the Paapero store.
When issuing a complaint or claim on the products, please send the completed return form and send as return to sender policy. It is important that you inform us the reason why you are returning the products and if you would like replacement products or reimbursement.
Paapero will process your complaint within 1 – 2 weeks following the receipt of your letter.
If a return to sender package has been sent by the customer, but is misplaced before it reaches Paapero, we will reimburse the customer for the price of the products if the customer can produce a tracking code and receipt to enable us to apply for compensation from the transportation company.
